Thalia Haven occupies its own peninsula at Little Swanport on the East Coast, surrounded on three sides by the crystal-blue waters of Great Oyster Bay. The property’s Tuscan-inspired design centres on ancient-stone bedrooms grouped around olive-tree courtyards, with the ocean an immediate presence throughout. Water, electricity, and heating are all generated from natural sources — wind, solar, and the land itself.

With five kilometres of private coastline and a secluded golden-sand beach, the setting is dramatic and entirely self-contained. Thalia Haven takes only elopements and micro-weddings — keeping the scale small and the experience genuinely private.
