Pipers Brook Vineyard

Pipers Brook Vineyard was established in 1974 by Dr Andrew Pirie, one of the pioneers of Tasmanian wine. The estate sits on the northern slopes above the Pipers River, with rows of pinot noir, chardonnay, and riesling extending in every direction.

The cellar door and event facilities are available for wedding hire, with the vineyard’s position in the rolling hills of the far north creating a pastoral wine-country atmosphere distinct from the Hobart region. The drive through the Pipers River wine country — past Dalrymple, Holm Oak, and Delamere — is itself a worthwhile part of any wedding-day itinerary.
