Josef Chromy Wines was established by Czech-born entrepreneur Joe Chromy on a historic farm property in Relbia, just outside Launceston. The centrepiece is a beautiful artificial lake surrounded by vineyards, with a purpose-built pavilion designed to make the most of the water and mountain views.
The venue offers flexibility for ceremonies and receptions of various sizes, with exceptional in-house catering and wine. The lake setting creates natural reflections that add depth and romance to every shot — and the long Tasmanian summer evenings mean sunset light is part of the package.
